Throughout the year, Hill Happenings offers a variety of free events for the benefit of the residents of the Somerton neighborhood in Northeast Philadelphia.
Events are generally free of charge. Sometimes, a donation of a non-perishable food item is requested to support the Somerton Food Bank or another charity.
The location for these events is 14100 Worthington Road (at the intersection of Southampton Road and Worthington Road) on the campus of Immanuel Lutheran Church which is also a main sponsor of these community events. (See map below.) Some events are also supported by community care grants from Thrivent Financial.
